Litespan offers custom tailored fast response e-mail support
contracts. Support is provided by opening a trouble ticket via
Open Trouble Ticket
in the Support Center. Tickets can be submitted 24 x 7 x 365. Once the ticket received,
an email confirmation will be emailed to the customer and a tracking number will be
assigned to the ticket.
Depending on the trouble ticket issue, a certain priority will be assigned to the ticket.
8 to 5 email
support contract

We provide fast-response email support to customers from 9:00
A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding
designated holidays.
24 x 7 e-mail
support contract

We provide 24 x 7 fast-response email support to customers 365
days a year.
Renewing
Support Contracts

To avoid a lapsed contract charge, be sure to renew your support
contract before your current contract expires.
