Q. Can I use the PINSKIP service from another telephone?
A. No. You will need to call from the telephone number that you registered with Litespan. Notify us of any additional numbers you wish to add to your account.

Q. I dialed the access number and received a busy signal. Why is that?
A. You might have caller ID blocking on your phone. To disable caller ID blocking, press *82 before dialing the access number.

Q. After I dialed a destination number, do I have to push SEND again on my cell phone?
A. No, do not hit SEND or GO key on your phone a second time or you will cause a busy signal.

Q. If I want to use PINSKIP service from my home phone, do I have to change my long distance carrier?
A.No, do not hit SEND or GO key on your phone a second time, or you will get a busy signal.

Q. Can I manage my account online?
A. Litespan gives you full access to your account. Manage your account online at your own convenience.
