With Litespan’s Follow-me hosted solution, Service Providers instantly set up the service for their subscribers. Follow-me service subscribers will be reachable at all times. For example, a subscriber may require an 8xx toll-free or local telephone number to ring in a hunting fashion: first mobile phone, then work phone, then home phone, and finally hotel phone. Litespan’s hosted Follow-me solution will hunt multiple phone numbers in specified order to try to locate the follow-me subscriber. If the subscriber does not pick up any of the numbers, the system will default to a voice mailbox.

Follow-me subscribers have the ability to reconfigure hunting order as well as the hunting phone numbers as often as they would like via a self-provisioning web interface.
